Location was great. Close to USCGA and right on Thames river. Couch and bed were comfy. Outdoor seating overlooking river with fire table was great. Shower was luxurious. There was nothing not to like.

We had a fantastic stay!
The house is spacious, bright, and incredibly clean, with an absolutely amazing view and peaceful surroundings.
George, the owner, was incredibly nice and came by to visit us.
Communication was excellent, and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect.

Zdecydowanie lokalizacja,bliskość Coast Guard Academy była dla nas ogromnym atutem, a widok na rzekę dodatkowo sprawiał, że pobyt był wyjątkowo przyjemny. Obiekt jest pięknie i gustownie urządzony, przestronny i bardzo komfortowy, bardziej przypomina prawdziwy dom niż miejsce na krótki pobyt. Wszystko było przemyślane, zadbane i tworzyło bardzo przytulną atmosferę.
Szczególnie doceniliśmy spokój, wygodę i poczucie prywatności. To miejsce, do którego naprawdę chce się wracać po całym dniu zwiedzania czy spędzonym na akademii. Bez zastrzeżeń

The property was in the most breathtaking setting overlooking the Thames River. George was an excellent host we bonded over stories of Greece. Will come again in a heartbeat. Everything was exceptional. Clean area clean bathrooms and comfortable beds.

It was so beautiful, the waterfront, felt like I was at home. I love the sunset and just relaxing. easy access.. I would recommend this place and when I go back this is where I will stay :) na

Bright, clean and modern. Top tier property with an innovative bathroom, very thick carpet pad and the comfortable bed. The shower exceeded that of the JW Marriott we recently stayed at. Need better instructions on the HVAC. For a taller person, I would have loved to see bigger bath towels. Lastly, for such a first class property, I was a bit surprised by the 1-ply toilet paper.

Loved the location and the view was amazing The price to have a dog there is very high payed 175 for my 15 lb dog left no damage and you dont get none of it back. Price should be smaller don't see why price is so high
